Research. I start by helping my clients identify exactly what they want to say...to whom...and how they want their audience to respond

Then I turn those answers into messages that will speak to their audiences, in language they understand, and move them to act.

Planning.   I plan effective communications and marketing programs that combine strategies for digital and print communications, media relations, client relations, online and email marketing, advertising and promotions.

Execution.  Working with my team of colleagues in North America, the U.K., Europe and Latin America, I put our plans into action.  I stay in constant contact with my clients, and supervise all work on their behalf.

Writing.  Whether it's a web site, brochure, news release, speech, book or e-mail promotion, I write the key elements of my clients' communications programs.  I understand their business, their markets, their messages, and know how to integrate them into their marketing, public relations and corporate communications materials.
