These Terms of Service govern your use of susanrensberger.com and the services offered by Susan Rensberger (trading as Susan Rensberger, "I", "me", or "my"). By booking a session, purchasing a package, or using this website, you agree to these terms.
I offer channeling and inner guidance sessions, energy work, and related programs. All sessions are conducted via Google Meet and are 50 minutes in duration unless otherwise agreed. Services are offered for personal growth and spiritual development purposes only.
The guidance provided in sessions reflects transmissions from higher levels of consciousness as I receive and interpret them. Sessions are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. I make no guarantees about specific outcomes.
Sessions and packages are booked through my online calendar and payment system. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. I accept payment via Stripe and PayPal.
By completing a purchase you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and authorized to use the payment method provided.
All prices are in US dollars. I reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect bookings already confirmed and paid.
You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session without notice, will be treated as a completed session and no refund or credit will be issued, except in cases of genuine emergency at my sole discretion.

Single Sessions — refunds are available if cancellation is made with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the session.
Monthly Subscription — you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. No prorated refunds are issued for unused days within a paid month.
Clarity Retainer — all sales are final. No refunds are issued on Clarity Retainer packages once purchased, regardless of the number of sessions used.
Energy Mastery Training Program — refund terms are outlined individually in the proposal and agreement for each program.
The Monthly Subscription provides one 50-minute session per calendar month. Sessions do not roll over to the following month if unused. You may cancel at any time by contacting me at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Clarity Retainer provides six sessions to be used within a 12-month period from the date of purchase. Sessions must be scheduled within that window — unused sessions after 12 months are forfeited. Sessions may be scheduled at any interval within the 12-month period.
I treat all session content as strictly confidential. I will not share details of your sessions with any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
I ask that you respect the same confidentiality regarding the content of our sessions and do not record sessions without my prior written consent.
My services are provided for spiritual and personal development purposes. I make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of guidance received in sessions. Results vary between individuals and I cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
Nothing in a session constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health crisis, please seek appropriate professional help.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of my services or this website. My total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or my services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the session or package giving rise to the claim.
All content on this website — including text, design, and materials — is my intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without my written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. For EU and UK clients, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
I may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when they were last revised. Continued use of my services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
