There were few people in those years who could guide me and transmit energy to help lift me out of the darkness. Those whom I found, I treasured. They saw me through grief, loss and isolation during the pandemic.

Through persistence and growing inner clarity, I learned to master my own energy, unlock healing abilities, and embody the frequencies of teacher, healer, and creator—gifts that live in all of us.
